Good Grief Journals launched last year right around this time. I was so excited to finally be releasing our Infertility Journey Journals because it was something that I needed in my own journey. Through the last year, we have been dreaming up ways to expand Good Grief and I am so excited to share that beginning in August, we will be launching our next product: The Miscarriage Journey Journal!
Miscarriage affects 1 in 4 women. I know multiple women who have experienced a miscarriage and as each of them went through their own miscarriage, I found myself wondering how I could help. I’m so grateful that now I will have something to send to friends who go through this devastating experience. I, myself, have never experienced miscarriage and I hope I never do. I honestly cannot imagine that pain and grief.
The Miscarriage Journey Journal was written with the help of women who have experienced miscarriage. I could not have written this journal without them. This journal is a little different from the Infertility Journey Journal. Like the Infertility Journey Journal, the Miscarriage Journey Journal has daily prompts, inspirational quotes, places to write goals that don’t pertain to pregnancy or parenthood. But it also has a place for Gratitude Practice, affirmations, and places to write down ways you can forgive and love your body.
Each Good Grief Journal that is needed is such a bittersweet thing for me. I feel so happy that there is a resource like Good Grief available now, but it hurts so much that this resource is so needed.
